Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use FindSuite. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

2. The marketplace

FindSuite is a marketplace that connects beauty professionals with salon suite property owners. We don't own, rent, or operate the properties listed on the Service. Any rental agreement is solely between you and the property owner. We are not a party to that agreement and not responsible for its performance.

Listings include both owner-claimed properties and properties indexed from public sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but make no warranty of accuracy, availability, pricing, or amenities.

3. Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, your contact information and message are forwarded to the property owner so they can respond. Don't submit inquiries you don't intend, don't impersonate others, and don't use inquiries for spam, scraping, or any other purpose unrelated to renting a suite.

4. Owner listings

If you list a property, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the information you provide is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your listing on the Service. You can remove your listing at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or otherwise misuse the Service. Don't upload anything illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subprocessors

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service. Using FindSuite means data may be processed by them on our behalf:

• Neon — managed Postgres database for application data.
• Cloudflare — hosting (Workers), R2 object storage for media, and bot protection (Turnstile).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Better Auth — account and session management.
• Google — OAuth sign in and Maps/Places APIs for location data.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindSuite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
