Privacy Policy
Last updated May 3, 2026
This policy describes what we collect when you use FindSuite (the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We aim for the shortest, plainest version we can.
What we collect
- Account info — name, email, and (for owners) the properties you list. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
- Inquiry info — the contact details and message you send to a property owner.
- Usage data — basic request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) and the searches you run, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Cookies— a first-party session cookie for sign-in and a small bot-protection token. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To run the marketplace — show listings, route inquiries to owners, send transactional email.
- To keep the Service safe — rate-limit abuse, detect bots, respond to security incidents.
- To improve the Service — understand which searches and listings work and which don't.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for third-party advertising.
Subprocessors
We use the following service providers to operate FindSuite. They process data on our behalf, under contract, only for the purposes we direct:
- Neon — managed Postgres database for application data.
- Cloudflare — hosting (Workers), R2 object storage for media, and bot protection (Turnstile).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Better Auth — account and session management.
- Google — OAuth sign in and Maps/Places APIs for location data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Email us through the contact path on our About pageand we'll respond.

EU/UK (GDPR): our legal basis for processing is the contract you enter into when you use the Service, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, and your consent where required.
Retention
We keep account and listing data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Inquiries are retained so you and the property owner can reference them. Logs are kept for a short rolling window.
Children
FindSuite isn't directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
